I love the mosaic hops, it's so fruity :-) Definitly will make this one again. Should be consumed when its fresh as the mosaic hops soon loose their aroma, within maybe a month or two.

- 63°C for 90m
Ingredients
- 3.1 kg Pale ale malt
- 60m: 12g Mosaic hops
- 30m: 5g Mosaic hops
- 20m: 5g Mosaic hops
- 0m: 10g Mosaic hops
- Yeast: 1pkg Mangrove Jack M44 (US West Coast)
Fermentation
- 16°C - 2 weeks
